Why Furnace Priority Matters

Your furnace level determines everything — troop tier, building levels, hero level caps, and feature unlocks. A wrong upgrade order can set you back weeks.

Optimal Upgrade Order (Furnace Levels 1-30)

Tier 1: Critical (Always Keep Maxed)

• Furnace — Always your #1 priority
• Farm & Lumber Mill — Without resources, nothing progresses
• HQ — Unlocks key features and alliance capabilities

Tier 2: Important (Keep Close to Max)

• Training Grounds — Higher tier troops win battles
• Research Center — Permanent stat boosts
• Hospital — Save wounded troops from dying
• Warehouse — Protect resources from being plundered

Tier 3: Situational (Upgrade When Needed)

• Wall — Only for PvP defense
• Hero Hall — When unlocking new hero slots
• Watchtower — Scouting enemy strength
• Traps — Only if you're in a war state

Tier 4: Low Priority

• Decorations — Cosmetic only, no gameplay benefit
• Extra resource buildings — Only when you have spare builders
